SmartAction exists to advance the AI movement, bridging the gap between what is, and what can be. We are a fully remote company of ~50 people that provides AI-powered virtual agents as a service to more than 100 leading brands across 12 industries. We are headquartered in Dallas/Fort-Worth, TX.

This role requires hands-on experience in managing paid digital channels, cross-functional communication skills, and demonstrated project management experience. The ideal candidate must be strategic, able to develop innovative solutions, take initiative, and have a well-rounded digital background. They must have extensive experience successfully running digital programs that exceed ROI targets, and are motivated by analytics and audience insights to continually innovate and drive results.


  • Plan, strategize and implement digital campaigns paying close attention to budgets for Paid Search, Paid Social, and 3rd party content syndication programs.
  • Develop tracking methods, and continuously optimize for campaigns that work.
  • Collaborate closely with team sales to interlock on campaign details and all follow-through on inbounds from various campaign types.
  • Campaign experience in promoting content assets, webinars, virtual trade shows, other industry events, blogs, podcasts, and videos.
  • Normalize data from multiple reporting sources, making actionable and data-driven conclusions to be used for quarterly, yearly budget planning.
  • Work closely with content and product marketing to develop campaign plans including copy creation for landing pages that align with core messages.
  • Advise optimized design of landing page environments that deliver high conversion rates when working with internal team members and external agencies.
  • Continuously measure and improve content performance through analysis of Google Analytics, HubSpot and social media reporting tools
  • Ensure content is both on-brand/message and SEO optimized, when applicable
  • Use messaging from product marketing team and convert into compelling content in different formats
  • Communicate clearly across teams what works and recommend areas for improvement over time as the business grows and scales.
  • Pay attention to emerging industry trends including the competition and creatively resource new ideas that can move the needle.
  • Work as a collaborative, hands-on team member providing support for others when needed during virtual and physical events.

Qualifications/Qualified Experience

  • Requirements 3-5+ years’ hands-on experience with B2B digital marketing campaign creation, execution and measurement.
  • Proficient with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and SEMRush.
  • Expertise with marketing automation (HubSpot) and CRM (Salesforce) platforms.
  • Strong team player that works well with Sales, Product, and Content Marketing teams, and management.
  • Organized and methodical and loves to plan, prioritize, and project manage, working on multiple projects concurrently.
  • Great time management. Meets deadlines consistently and avoids last-minute fire drills.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience required.
